Event Details
The Johnson County Sheriff's Posse PRCA Rodeo features four nightly performances in the outdoor arena, Wednesday through Saturday, June 10-13. Gates open at 7:30 PM with performances running until 10:00 PM. Slack performances will be held Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 13 at 9:00 AM.
Vendor Space Information
Booth Size: 12' x 12' (exceptions must be agreed upon prior to the event)
Cost: $400 per inside-the-fence booth space
Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit required to hold your space
Registration Deadline: May 30, 2026
What We Provide
Vendor booth space inside the grounds area
Access to booth area for vendor and vendor employees
What You Provide
Tables, chairs, and shade covers
All advertising must be limited to your allotted booth area
Vendor Move-In and Move-Out
Move-In: Wednesday, June 10 before 4:00 PM
Event Hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Move-Out: Saturday, June 13 after the crowd clears
Important Guidelines
Electrical hookup is very limited. No generators inside the fenced area
No lighting or audio that interferes with the event
No adult-themed merchandise, fireworks, bubbles, poppers, sparklers, or live animals
No food or beverage sales during the rodeo event
No alcohol or tobacco sales
Vendors with duplicate or similar products may be present. No exclusive vendor product guarantees
This is a family-oriented event. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Failure to comply will result in removal from the facility with no fee refund
JCSP reserves the right to approve all products
Payment Methods Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, or PayPal. A $25 fee applies to returned checks.
